This wheat flour is semi-whole grain. It brings together 85% sifted flour and 15% unsifted whole wheat flour. The wheat grains are from organically controlled cultivation in Europe. This wheat flour is very fine and therefore easy to use. The flour is perfect as a base for light brown dough.
100% natural and without additives.

Since 15% of this flour is whole wheat, it contains more healthy nutrients than white flour. For example, this flour provides nutritious fiber, vitamins and minerals.
