This white flour is produced in a traditional way. We do not use pesticides, herbicides or additives. The flour is 100% natural. And you can taste that. The organic flour convinces with its firm, full and characteristic taste.
For bread without secrets
Can be used like other white flour, especially for bread preparation. Since this white flour contains a lot of enzymes, the bread dough rises better. Vitamin C in the flour also prolongs the shelf life of the bread.
