Pure wheat bran with a lot of fibres
Wheat bran consists of the pericarp and germs of wheat grains. During grinding, the bran is seperated from the grains. Our organic bran is entirely pure and of pharmaceutical quality. Wheat bran naturally contains a lot of dietary fibres.
Natural feeling of satiation
Use a tablespoon of wheat bran before meals to promote a satiated feeling. The fibres in wheat bran bind with water in the stomach. This reduces hunger. Wheat bran fits in a low-cholesterol diet and is suitable for diabetics.
Use
Sprinkle wheat bran on salads or add to soup, pastry and pie. You can also mix wheat bran in bread dough.
