One package contains the equivalent of 12 eggs. In your savory preparations replace 1 egg with 20 g of powder.

The powder is mixed with a little water before incorporating it into your recipe. By default, you use 30 ml of water per 20 g of powder, but you can adjust that a bit according to your recipe.
