Perfect mix for vegan scrambled tofu eggs
Tofu is a widely used and logical base for plant-based scrambled eggs. With this spice mix, you always succeed in cooking the most delicious egg dish.
This handy mix contains Kala namak for the egg flavor, and fine herbs and spices for the right flavor balance: mace, turmeric, chives.
Fry a tablespoon of this spice mix along with the tofu.
100% natural spices with no additives
For our vegan herb mix we use - of course - only natural herbs and spices. No sugars are added, we do not use any added flavors, dyes, glutamates preservatives, yeast extracts or other additives.

Using vegan scrambled egg seasoning mix: recipe for plant-based scrambled eggs

300 g tofu

100 ml unsweetened vegetable milk

1/2 onion
-
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil

1 tablespoon spice mix vegan scrambled eggs
Preparation:
Peel and chop the onion, crumble the tofu. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the onion until translucent. Add the tofu and spice mixture and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Deglaze with the vegetable milk. Remove the pan from the heat and season the stir-fried tofu.
Variations:
After frying the onion, you can also fry vegetables of your choice, such as bell bell pepper, mushrooms, sweetcorn or even cubes of smoked tofu for those who like savory.
Together with spinach and boiled potatoes, stir-fried tofu also makes an excellent main dish.
