Our organic version of vegetable broth is artisanally prepared with - you guessed it - only organic ingredients. Vegetables and herbs are slow-cooked so that flavors are released gradually and well. In this drinking broth, you'll find the power of onion, mushroom, red miso, carrot, garlic, ginger, celery, shiitake, lemongrass, pepper, kombu, star anise and cloves.

• Miso, a fermented soybean paste, contains probiotics that benefit your gut health.

• This combination of vegetables and herbs contains a good number of important vitamins and minerals.

• The shiitake not only provide earthy and full-bodied notes, they also contain antioxidants and are a source of vitamin D and Bs.

How to use

Drinking broth is a great part of a balanced diet. Ideal as a post-workout drink, or as an easy snack.

You warm the bottle in the microwave or in a pan and can drink it pure. The drinking broth is also a great base for soup, ramen, noodle dishes or with dumplings and other Asian dishes. The combo of miso and shiitake makes for an umami-rich whole.

After opening, the drinking broth will keep for three days in the refrigerator.

Recipe?

Top the drinking broth with noodles, a handful of fresh mushrooms, kombu flakes and a soft-boiled egg. Finish with a few drops of spicy oil and our "everything but the bagel" spice mix.
