Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

What makes this vanilla caviar powder better?
You’ll often find vanilla powder online that’s made from ground vanilla pods (skin + caviar). This gives a coarser texture and a more bitter, astringent taste, with a less intense flavor. You need to use more for a less refined result.

Vanilla caviar powder is aromatic and boosts the flavor of sweet dishes without adding extra sweetness. Delicious in cakes, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, desserts, ice cream, and fruit.
It also works surprisingly well in savory dishes such as chicken, fish, shellfish, eggs, potatoes, and Belgian endive.
Use it the way you’d use cinnamon: a pinch up to 1/2 tsp, taste, and adjust. Vanilla powder also pairs beautifully with cardamom, chili, cinnamon, and cloves.

Using real vanilla powder

Natural vanilla powder is an ideal, healthy alternative to vanilla extract. It delivers a strong vanilla aroma without adding extra liquid.

Replacing vanilla extract with vanilla powder: use about half the amount of vanilla powder compared to the amount of extract your recipe calls for. Add a little more vanilla powder if you want a stronger vanilla flavor.

About half a teaspoon of vanilla powder replaces 1 fresh vanilla pod. You can always add more.
