Le PET peut être très bien recyclé. Si l'on considère les différents emballages dans lesquels les aliments peuvent être emballés, le PET présente la deuxième plus petite empreinte écologique (juste après le verre consigné, mais bien avant le verre non consigné ou les emballages en aluminium). Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

Tulsi herbal tea - aromatic stress reliever from Ayurveda
Tulsi, also called "holy basil," is an aromatic Ayurvedic herb that has been drunk for centuries for rest, recovery and resistance. Its taste is spicy, slightly tangy and combines particularly well with ginger, cinnamon or lemon.
Adaptogenic herb for stress
In Ayurveda, tulsi is known as a powerful adaptogen: a plant that helps the body cope with stress. Within this tradition, it is used for coughs, colds, fevers and even asthma. So it's ideal for busy days or when your immune system could use a boost.
Micronutrients & aroma
Tulsi belongs to the same botanical family as basil (Ocimum) and is rich in micronutrients. You taste an intense aroma, warm spiciness and a hint of spice - a flavor experience that simultaneously soothes and uplifts.
Here's how to brew it perfectly
Use 2 to 4 grams of tulsi per cup. Pour over with 95°C water and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. The longer you steep, the more active substances are released. Drink pure or in combination with other herbs.
