    Using Teff flakes

    Teff flakes can be used just like quinoa flakes, they are a perfect variation.

    Teff flakes are mini just like the seeds are. You can use them raw or cooked. Raw, you can use them in your muesli, or as a topping in your smoothie.

    Bring 1/2 cup of teff flakes to a boil simmering gently in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes. simmer covered over low heat until porridge. Thicken soups and stews by simmering with teff flakes. Use teff flakes as a substitute for breadcrumbs, or add them to mashed potatoes for croquettes.
