Japanese tamari soy sauce without wheat
Tamari soy sauce is an authentic Japanese seasoning. This sauce is created as a by-product in the production of miso. It is the liquid which is released during the fermentation of soybeans. Our soy sauce is traditionally brewed from whole soybeans.
Unlike shoyu soy sauce, no wheat is added to this tamari sauce. Our tamari soy sauce is completely free of wheat and therefore gluten. The tamari soy sauce also contains no artificial flavors and other additives.
Cooking with tamari sauce
Tamari sauce is a particularly versatile seasoning. It gives a delicious salty taste to marinades, dressings, dips, stews, soups, sushi and stir-fries. Fry cubes of tofu in a little soy sauce and a pinch of turmeric for a golden brown crust. Tamari is also a good alternative if you want to eat less salt. A few drops of tamari are enough to give off a good flavour.

Water, soy, salt, vinegar. Gluten free and no artificial additives.

This product is packaged and/or stored in a facility that also processes products containing nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, soy and sulphite. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.
