Fat free roasted flour
Roasted soy flour has a nutty taste and aroma. The flour is made from 100% dry roasted non genetic modified soybeans , without using fat or oil. <
This ensures they remain healthy and nutritious. After roasting, the beans are finely ground. Result is organic and clean soybean flour
As a flour treatment agent
Soy flour naturally contains a lot of lecithins, a natural emulsifier that binds fats and liquids. If you add a little soy flour to other flour, you get a good dispersion of the fat. The dough binds better. The result will also have a nicer color and a finer texture.
Longer storage
Soy flour contains 40% of proteins. They naturally extend the shelf life of bread and pastries. Proteins also give bread and pastries a finer texture.
Use
Soy flour is delicious in cakes, cookies, bread and pastries. To 500g of conventional flour, add 7.5-15g of soy flour. In Japan, soy flour is also used as breadcrumbs.
