Soy chunks fine preparation

First, soak or boil the fine soy pieces for 20 minutes until they are soft. Already at this stage you can add any broth powder, smoked vegan tamari any other condiments. Squeeze out the pieces, and then you can work with them to make minced meat, vegetable balls, vegan meatloaf and so on.
