This organic red pesto has its origins in northern Italy, where a small family business chose to share their traditional recipe with us. You really bring the sun on your plate with this pesto. Because such a jar contains no less than 74% real Italian sun-dried tomatoes. A generous splash of extra virgin olive oil and fresh Italian basil complete the recipe.

This red pesto is as much as 20 to 35% less fat compared to other brands. The large amount of sun-dried tomatoes has everything to do with that. Also, the pesto is completely plant-based, which is why there is no cheese involved. But rest assured, the texture is similar to that of fresh pesto, straight from your mortar.

Shake the sealed jar once or stir the pesto for a while so that the layer of oil on top is well distributed before use.
