Our organic red lentils have been carefully sieved, sorted and analysed so we can guarantee optimal quality. These lentils are fast-cooking and easily-digestible.
Use of red lentils
Cook the lentils up to 25 minutes. When you soak them beforehand, the cooking time will be shorter. Cooked red lentils have a creamy texture. They can be used to thicken sauces, soups and stews or as a base for vegetarian burgers.
