Difference between psyllium seed and psyllium fiber
Psyllium seeds or floor seeds are the whole seeds. Psylliumhusk or flaxseed fibers are the husks of flaxseed. The same amount of psylliumhusk contains 3 times more fiber than psyllium itself. So of psyllium seed you need more for the same result, yet some people find it more convenient to use. It has the same effect and it gives a less slimy feeling in your mouth than the psyllium husk.

These psyllium seeds are from certified organic farming, meaning without the use of pesticides, heribicides or fertilizers while growing the ingredients. It contains no GMOs, no preservatives, no dyes or flavor additives. It is a 100% natural product with no additives.
Using Psyllium or Flaxseed
Use up to 2 tablespoons per day with 2 glasses of water, fruit juice, soup or other liquid. One teaspoon is often enough. You can also incorporate fleawort into bread, yogurt, granola and rice pudding. Fleawort is safe to use and non-irritating.
Always make sure you drink enough when using psyllium.
Fleawort is also commonly used for a sand cure in horses.
