Our peanuts are soft and naturally oily. We dry roast them, unlike the so-called roasted peanuts you usually find on store shelves. Roasted peanuts are fried in oil. This gives you shiny, but greasy peanuts. Our dry roasted peanuts are firm and crunchy, less shiny, but much healthier and... super delicious.

When thinking of peanuts, we spontaneously associate them with nuts. But they are actually legumes and not a true nut. After all, they grow in the ground, not on trees. Peanuts are not edible raw, as nuts are.

Use of peanuts

Of course, you eat peanuts as a snack.

However, they are also very versatile in the kitchen. They add a delicious flavor and creamy touch to oriental dishes. Crushed in a mortar, they give salads a crunchy aspect.
