West Indian Curry
Goa is a region in West India. Curries from Goa come in various kinds but are characterized by their somewhat mild taste, rich in delicate spices and tomatoes. They're primarily used to whip up tasty vegetable curries and lentil dishes (dahl).

Our Goa curry paste is made from 100% natural, organically grown ingredients. No chemical herbicides, pesticides, or artificial fertilizers are used. This curry paste is free from colorings, preservatives, flavor enhancers, regulators, anti-caking agents, or any other additives.
Low Carb and Keto Diet Friendly
Goa curry paste has just a bit over 6 grams of carbs per 100 grams, and barely 0.8 grams of sugars. The paste contains ghee, or clarified butter, in line with ancient Ayurvedic tradition. This provides healthy fats, mostly unsaturated.
Preparing Delicious Goa Curries
With Goa curry paste, you can create delightful curry dishes in authentic Indian style. Sauté veggies and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger briefly in ghee or another oil like virgin coconut oil.
Then add the mild Goa curry paste (about 1 tablespoon per serving/person) and let it simmer.
For an enhanced taste, marinate pieces of vegetables, meat, or tofu overnight in the curry paste. Stir in plant-based cream, yogurt, cream cheese, or coconut cream for a creamy sauce and let it simmer gently for a few more minutes.
Serve with rice. Your Indian curry is ready to enjoy!

Love your curry super spicy? Add fresh chilies to the dish itself, not the curry paste, preserving the complexity of flavors.
One curry paste pack serves 3-4 people.
Try using this curry paste in soups, or swap chicken for seitan, soy chunks, or naked oats. Cook soy chunks or naked oats in a light vegetable broth with a dash of soy sauce. Then fry them up with a curry paste of your choice.
