Broccoli is a typical summer vegetable, and belongs to the same family as cauliflower, kale, Brussels sprouts.
Broccoli naturally contains a lot of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. In short, it's a very healthy vegetable.
Raw broccoli still contains all of the nutrients
When cooked, high quality vegetables like broccoli, spinach and kale lose a lot of their nutrients. That's why, after harvesting, we dry the whole plant at low temperature and grind it into a fine powder. During that process, the nutrients retain their value completely.
Broccoli from organic cultivation
Our broccoli powder is grown organically according to European standards. So without chemical fertilizers and without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Therefore we guarantee extra pure quality. The powder is 100% natural, without additives or preservatives.
Use broccoli powder
Mix 1-2 times daily one tablespoon of broccoli powder with water, fruit juice or yogurt.
