Our orange peel is the zest or rind of dried oranges from which the white skin or pith has been removed. Dried, orange peel is just as flavorful as fresh. Save time in the kitchen when your recipe calls for orange peel and use this dried version instead.
Uses
Traditionally, orange peel is most commonly used in baking. Nowadays, is applied more and more recipes such as marinades, vegetables, chicken, dressings, fish and rice. Our orange peel is dried and therefore very concentrated.
Use 1/3 of the requested amount of grated orange peel in a recipe.
