Pure oat bran with a lot of fibres
Oat bran consists of the pericarp and germs of oat grains. During grinding, the bran is seperated from the grains. Our organic bran is entirely pure and of pharmaceutical quality. Oat bran naturally contains a lot of dietary fibres.
Natural feeling of satiation
Use a tablespoon of oat bran before meals to promote a satiated feeling. The fibres in oat bran bind with water in the stomach. This reduces hunger. Oat bran fits in a low-cholesterol diet and is suitable for diabetics.
Use
Sprinkle oat bran on salads or add to soup, pastry and pie. You can also mix oat bran in bread dough.
