We flavor this nut mix with dry roasted peanuts and nuts with tamari and chilis. They are slightly salty due to the soy sauce and we give them a nice, spicy kick with the chili bell pepper mixture.

The nuts are dipped in tamari. Unlike regular shoyu soy sauce, no wheat is added to this tamari sauce. Therefore, the tamari soy sauce is also gluten-free. The tamari soy sauce also contains no artificial flavors and other additives.

The powerful flavor of tamari is also optimally retained when heated, making it the preferred choice as a flavoring in roasted nut mix.
