Bees collect the nectar for this honey in Spanish and Portugese mountain valleys. Mountain honey has a deep brown colour and a strong taste. It gets its unique flavours from the combination of flower and tree blossoms. This natural mix results in a smooth creamed honey.

Mountain honey is raw, pure and all-natural. It does not contain any additives and was processed without heating. This honey meets the highest quality standards and has been exhaustively analyzed. We continually test our honey to ensure the bees were not fed during blossoming.

This product is packaged and/or stored in a facility that also processes products containing nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, soy and sulphite. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.
Precautions for use
Raw honey may crystallize. You will notice a white snow on the surface of the honey. This crystallization process is completely natural and does not diminish the quality of honey. Place the jar of honey in some warm water (40°C at most) for a while. Make sure not to overheat the honey as this might damage the product's nutrients. Stir the warm honey to regain its creamy or liquid texture.
