Organic unprocessed millet
Our organic millet is entirely unprocessed and natural. The small round millet grains have a mild, creamy taste with a refined aroma. Roasting the grains gives them a nutty taste. Millet is nutritious and naturally gluten-free. It is a perfect alternative for traditional grains or rice.
Nutritious grain
Millet contains more proteins and iron than any other grain. Furthermore, it offers a lot of magnesium, copper and vitamin B. In Africa and Asia millet is a staple food.
Use
Rinse before use. Boil 1 part millet in 2,5 parts water for 15-20 minutes. Taste if the millet is ready. Cook for a bit longer if necessary. You can roast the millet for a couple of minutes before boiling it. This will enhance its nutty taste and make the millet less sticky after boiling.
Millet swells a lot while boiling. Use in soup, pudding, muesli or as an alternative for rice.
Ingredients
Unprocessed millet. Organic, 100% natural and without additives.
