    Marjoram in dishes

    Using marjoram

    Add marjoram only at the end of the preparation in order to preserve as much flavour as possible. Works well with basil, bay leaf, chilli, cumin, garlic, juniper, paprika, parsley, rosemary and sage.

    Use 1 teaspoon dried marjoram instead of 1 tablespoon fresh.
