Natural, freeze-dried mango pieces with no additives
For our freeze dried mango we only use fully ripe mangos that we cut into pieces. No sugars are added, we do not use any added flavourings, colourings, preservatives or other additives.
Freeze-drying for preservation of all nutrients
The freeze-drying process extracts all the water from the fresh fruit in an ice-cold vacuum environment. During that process the mangos only lose the water they contain. All the rest remains: the taste, the smell, the shape and the nutrients.
The only change is the weight. For 100 grams of freeze-dried mango you need more than one kilogram of fresh fruit.
Use freeze-dried mango pieces
Our freeze-dried pieces of mango are very versatile! Use them as a snack, in muesli or as crunchy topping in granola or a smoothie. Also delicious with ice cream and sorbet.
