Our Korma curry paste is formulated with more than 20 spicy seasonings, including coriander, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, cardamom, paprika, cinnamon, fennel, ginger, onions, cloves, chili pepper, star anise, fenugreek, asafoetida and saffron.
Korma curry paste
Korma curry is typically rich, creamy curry paste that has ancient roots in Mongolian cuisine. With precious spices such as saffron and cinnamon. In this version, we also use coconut cream and cashew nuts.
Organic curry paste with no additives.
Our curry paste Korma is made of 100% natural ingredients from organic cultivation. So without chemical herbicides and pesticides or the use of artificial fertilizers. There are no dyes, preservatives, flavor enhancers, regulators, anti-caking agents or other additives involved in making this curry paste.
Low carb, vegan and keto diet friendly
Curry Pasta Korma contains only 6.5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams, of which barely 0.7 grams are sugars. This paste contains virgin coconut oil instead of ghee, and is therefore also suitable for vegans.
Prepare delicious Korma curries
With Korma curry paste, prepare delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style. Saute vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger briefly in ghee or another oil such as virgin coconut oil.
Then add Korma curry paste (about 1 tablespoon per serving/person) and simmer.
For even more flavor, marinate pieces of vegetables, meat or tofu in the curry paste overnight. For a creamy sauce, stir in vegetable cream, yogurt or coconut cream as desired and simmer or stew gently for a few more minutes.
Serve with rice. The Indian curry is ready!

Our curry pastes are of a very different order from those of the big brands in the supermarket. They are sophisticated recipes with specific flavor nuances. They are not flattened by excessive use of hot peppers and additives.

This curry paste has many fine flavor nuances. You taste them best by adding the paste pure to your vegetables or meat.

Are you a fan of quite spicy? Then add fresh chilis to the dish itself, not to the curry paste. That way you get a superior result in which the complexity of flavors is preserved.

You can also use this curry paste in soups, or substitute chicken with seitan, soybean pieces or jowl oats. Cook soybean pieces or naakthaver just until tender in a light vegetable broth with a dash of soy sauce. Then fry them up with a curry paste of your choice.
