Natural, freeze-dried kiwi slices with no additives
For our freeze-dried kiwi, we use only fully ripe kiwis that we slice. No sugars are added, we do not use any added flavors, dyes, preservatives or other additives. This ensures a pure product without additives.
Freeze-dried to preserve all nutrients
The process of freeze-drying removes all the water from the fresh fruit in an ice-cold vacuum environment. During that process, the kiwis lose only the water they contain. Everything else remains: the taste, smell, shape and nutrients. This process preserves up to 98% of all nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals.
The only change is the weight. For 100 grams of freeze-dried kiwi, you do need more than a kilogram of the fresh fruit. This results in a concentrated product with intense flavor, equivalent to several grinds of fresh fruit.
Long shelf life, rich in fiber and a crunchy texture
A major advantage of freeze-dried kiwi slices is their long shelf life. Not only are they irresistibly delicious and healthy, but they are also very rich in fiber. Moreover, they have a crispy texture that both children and adults find attractive.
