This kefir is made by the Belgian company Kefir Eau Vertueuse, founded by experienced winemakers. Since 2019, they have been brewing with the same finesse as wine, but translated into a refreshing, fermented beverage.

Traditionally fermented

The kefir is traditionally fermented with kefir grains in revitalized water, following principles from biodynamic agriculture. During this process, the sugars are fully converted, giving it a slight sparkle and a fresh acidic character.

Natural, pure and without additives

This kefir is free of allergens and added sugars. The subtle effervescence is created completely naturally by fermentation, with no added carbon dioxide.
