    For our olive paste we chop authentic Kalamon olives and add a dash of olive oil, red wine vinegar and herbs. Kalamon olives come from the region around Kalamata in Greece and are dark by nature. These olives are not leached and no chemicals are used in their cultivation.

    This olive paste is 100% natural, without preservatives, flavor additives, emulsifiers or fillers.

    Olive paste from organic farming

    The olives used are grown organically certified according to European regulations. This means that they are free of fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. Regular analyses of the olives confirm their high purity and quality.

    Use olive paste

    Use this olive paste as a tapenade on crackers, bruschetta or Turkish bread. Or make your own aperitif stems: spread puff pastry with this olive tapenade, cut and twist into stems and bake in the oven.

    Keep in the fridge for 14 days after opening.
