This Matcha salt is a mixture of unrefined, 100% natural Mediterranean sea salt and authentic Japanese matcha powder from organic cultivation. So without the use of artificial fertilizers, pesticides, or other chemical sprays.

This salt gives a somewhat earthy, savory flavor to both meat, fish, vegetables, eggs and even desserts. With a little Japanese matcha salt, you instantly add a different character to your preparation.
