You can prepare the oatmeal with chocolate buckwheat in various ways.
For 60 grams of oatmeal chocolate buckwheat :

Add 60ml (vegetable) milk or water and heat in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at about 750W.

Warm 100ml (vegetable) milk in a saucepan, add the oatmeal and vanilla or cinnamon if desired and simmer until you reach the desired consistency.
