Healthy but ready-made breakfast? That is possible with this pre-cooked oatmeal full of flavours. Your breakfast is ready in barely 3 minutes. A delicious oatmeal mixture with apple pieces, sunflower seeds, linseed and toasted buckwheat.
Organic breakfast oatmeal without additives
All ingredients for this product are organically grown according to European standards. So without chemical fertilizers, and without the use of pesticides and herbicides. This 100% natural breakfast does not contain any preservatives, flavorings or any other additives.
Instant oatmeal with apple
You can prepare the instant oatmeal with flaxseed in different ways For 60 grams of instant oatmeal natural with flaxseed:

Add 60ml (vegetable) milk or water and heat in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at about 750W.

Warm 100ml (vegetable) milk in a saucepan, add the oatmeal and vanilla or cinnamon if desired and simmer until you reach the desired consistency.
