Shatta is a classic Palestinian condiment, as much a fixture on Middle Eastern tables as olive oil, salt and pepper. This yellow habanero shatta is the fiercest in the range.

The base is yellow peppers, habanero chilies and good-quality apple cider vinegar. What you get is a fresh, fermented chili paste with bold tropical aromas and a deep heat that lingers.
