Greek mountain tea is a mountain herb, botanically Sideritis scardica. Therefore, it is also called sideritis tea. This tea is nothing less than the national herbal drink of Greece. The sideritis plant thrives high in the mountains, at over 1000 meters and is grown by hand. Greek mountain tea has a unique flavor.
The arid mountain landscape, the utterly clean air and the Mediterranean sunshine give this tea a unique aroma and flavor. It is a smooth tea, with notes of citrus and honey. The herb also looks beautiful because of the blossom formation.

Our Greek mountain tea is certified organic and 100% natural, free from pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. It is 100% natural and completely without additives. By nature, Greek mountain tea also contains no caffeine or theine at all.

You can drink one to two cups of herbal tea per day for a healthy day.
Use 2 teaspoons per bag - allow to steep for at least 7 minutes in water at 90-95°C. You can keep a teapot warm, this tea does not become more bitter by long steeping.
Greek mountain tea can also be drunk cold, as ice tea. Cold or hot you can add honey and lemon or orange.
