The sideritis plant thrives high in the mountains, at over 1000 meters and is grown by hand. Greek mountain tea has a unique flavor. The arid mountain landscape, the utterly clean air and the Mediterranean sunshine give this tea a unique aroma and flavor. It is a smooth tea, with notes of citrus and honey.
