Organic red lentils fusilli
Our red lentils fusilli is made from organic lentils and flax seeds. We produce our these fusilli at less than 42°C throughout the entire production process, starting with grinding red lentils on millstones.
For the production of the fusilli, only ground flaxseed and water are added. The fusilli are dried slowly, and the temperature is systematically lowered to room temperature.
The secret of fusilli that barely stick
Red lentils do not contain gluten. As a result, the red lentils fusilli you know always tend to lose their shape when cooked, and stick together.
We manufacture our red lentils fusilli in a unique and slow process at low temperature, preserving all nutritional values. Therefore, you can cook these red lentils fusilli without them sticking together or losing their fusilli shape.
Usage
Cook the raw red lentils fusilli with flaxseed in plenty of slightly salted water, 5-6 minutes.
