PET durable et entièrement recyclable
Le PET peut être très bien recyclé. Si l'on considère les différents emballages dans lesquels les aliments peuvent être emballés, le PET présente la deuxième plus petite empreinte écologique (juste après le verre consigné, mais bien avant le verre non consigné ou les emballages en aluminium). Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

Our Forte Italian coffee blend is a powerful blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta coffee beans. This coffee blend has an intense, yet balanced flavor with a velvety bitterness and long-lasting finish.
Medium to dark roast
A medium to dark roast gives the coffee beans a full flavour and a beautiful deep brown colour with a silky shine. Medium to dark roasted beans are less bitter than dark roasted beans.
At Pit&Pit, health always comes first, also with coffee.
When processing many coffees, too high a degree of roasting results in the formation of large amounts of acrylamides, a substance which can be formed when starchy products are burned. Acrylamides are extremely unhealthy and harmful. Even the lover of strong coffee doesn't want this. We therefore categorically exclude the very strongest roasts with a high risk of acrylamides.
By allowing the fresh and very high-quality coffee beans to be roasted at a lower temperature and for somewhat longer, the delicious flavours and aromas come into their own. The slower, moderate roasting method ensures a healthy, high-quality coffee and allows our coffee roaster to perform tight acrylamide monitoring at each roast.
