Dried mushroom mix
This mix of dried meadow and forest mushrooms - cep, white mushrooms and horn, of the plains - is a unique combination of unami taste: juicy-mild and full-aromatic.
Dried with care
These mushrooms are air-dried in special drying cabinets. This method preserves the flavour, colour and fragrance (but also the texture) very well. Therefore you need relatively little to get a lot of flavour. In dried form these mushrooms are available in every season.
Organic mushroom mixture
These mushrooms are from organic cultivation according to European standards. So without chemical fertilizers, and without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Therefore we guarantee extra pure quality. It is 100% natural, without additives or preservatives.
Use dried mushroom mix
Soak the mushrooms in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain them in a strainer. Use the mushrooms just like fresh mushrooms.
For even better results, leave them to soak in lukewarm water for a few hours. Then the taste will be optimal and you will hardly have any hard pieces. What's more, you will be left with a fragrant and colourful extract: a perfect stock basis.
After the rehydration the mushrooms are ready for use.
Ideal for autumn soups, game dishes and wok dishes, but also in vegetable mixes and for spicy mushroom ragout.
