    Ditalini is a cute pasta shape made of very small tubes, it is the Italian word for "thimbles. We make this pasta from white whole wheat teff from Holland and corn flour. No eggs are used in making this spaghetti and therefore perfect for vegans.

    This pasta is made from ingredients without gluten or other allergens. Both the corn flour and the teff flour are GMO-free. This pasta is therefore a tasty and healthy alternative to whole wheat or spelt pasta.

    The secret of teff? Resistant starch !

    Starch falls into the category of "carbohydrates. We immediately think of potatoes, corn or grains.
