100% natural and without additives. To prevent clumping, we add a small amount of organic sunflower oil (<1%). Nothing else.

Nutritional power of cranberries

Cranberries have been known as nutritious berries for centuries. Cranberries are one of the richest sources of proanthocyanidins (PACs) - the polyphenols that give them their characteristic strength. In addition, they contain vitamin C and manganese. They fit perfectly into a varied diet.

Use in cooking

Preparation Tips

Quick salad idea

Mix lettuce with olive oil and sea salt, add toasted almonds and cranberries and finish with cider vinegar.

Cranberry sauce

Soak the berries in cold water for 30 minutes. Then boil 500 g cranberries for 10-15 minutes with a syrup of 250 ml water and 300 g sugar.

Sweet touch with cauliflower or Brussels sprouts

Roast cauliflower or Brussels sprouts and throw in a handful of cranberries at the last minute. The heat makes them burst open slightly - sweet, sour and caramel all at once.
