Creamy honey with a thick texture
This clover honey is a solid honey, but does not require the beekeeper to do much: due to the rapid crystallization, this is an almost natural cream honey. Clover honey is light in color, the color varies a bit from light yellow to even white.
The favorite of children
Clover honey has very sweet taste. It is one of the honeys that contains more fructose than glucose - the honeys that are sometimes said to support good sleep. But clover honey is best known as children's honey. The honey is easy to spread, nicely sweet, with a touch of caramel and vanilla in the taste. The taste is also fairly neutral. In short: nice color, nice natural taste and not runny - perfect for kids. And... everyone else.

Our clover honey is of mixed non-EU origin. The main producer is Turkey. Clover honey is unprocessed, pure and natural. It contains no additives and is made naturally, without heating above 40° and therefore not pasteurized.
This honey is extensively tested to European standards on all possible contaminants according to EU regulations EU396/2009 - EU470/2009 and EU37/2010. In short, pesticides, herbicides, contaminants, microbacteriological parameters, sanitary guarantees and of course also pollen counts are done in exactly the same way and testing as for all our other honeys.
Use
Clover honey solid is easy to spread on bread and crackers. Also easy to use in cold drinks and smoothies.
