Our dried chickpeas add a delicious nutty flavour and full texture to a wide array of dishes. Use chickpeas in soup, salads, couscous, stews, curries, hummus, falafel, etc.

As chickpeas contain a high amount of proteins, they are very popular amongst vegetarians, vegans and sportsmen. Furthermore, chickpeas give vitamin B, zinc and iron.
Use
Soak the chickpeas in a large amount of cold water overnight. Then cook them on a low fire for at least 1,5 hours until you can prick them with a fork.
