Our buckwheat flakes are made from organic buckwheat. Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free. These flakes are wholegrain and contain a lot of fibres, what makes them very nutritious.

Use
Buckwheat flakes are delicious for breakfast with a splash of milk or yoghurt. They also go well in muesli, bread or biscuits. Use as base for buckwheat porridge. Cook in a couple of minutes until they lightly start to swell.
