Le PET peut être très bien recyclé. Si l'on considère les différents emballages dans lesquels les aliments peuvent être emballés, le PET présente la deuxième plus petite empreinte écologique (juste après le verre consigné, mais bien avant le verre non consigné ou les emballages en aluminium). Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

Brown teff meal
Brown teff meal is a wholegrain and naturally gluten-free meal. It consists entirely of ground teff kernels. Teff meal has a rich taste that is reminiscent of hazelnuts. 100% natural and free of additives.
Etiopian export ban
In Ethiopia, farmers have cultivated teff for thousands of years. However, the export of teff was prohibited for many years. This way the country wanted to guarantee the availability of food for its citizens. Only at the end of 2015, the ban was lifted. As the export of Ethiopian teff is still in its infancy, our teff comes from Spain.
Use
Replace 25% wheat meal for teff meal in bread or baked goods.
