Le PET peut être très bien recyclé. Si l'on considère les différents emballages dans lesquels les aliments peuvent être emballés, le PET présente la deuxième plus petite empreinte écologique (juste après le verre consigné, mais bien avant le verre non consigné ou les emballages en aluminium). Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

Teff is an ancient ancient grain with a particularly small grain. So small, in fact, that it cannot be husked. The result? Teff flour is always whole grain - retaining all the fiber, vitamins and minerals. The taste is slightly nutty, with a hint of hazelnut.
Naturally gluten-free and rich in nutrients
Brown teff flour naturally contains no gluten and hardly any phytins. However, it is packed with minerals such as iron and calcium, and is rich in complex carbohydrates that release energy slowly. A nutritious choice for those who want to bake consciously.
Versatile in breads, pastries and more
Teff flour is delicious in both savory and sweet recipes. Use it in addition to regular flour (e.g., 25% teff) for extra flavor and nutritional value. Or go completely gluten-free and use it to make pancakes, brownies, cakes or pizza crusts.
