Blond linseed from organic farming
This organic, blond linseed is top quality and 100% pure. It contains no added substances and has been grown without pesticides and herbicides. Blond linseed has the same nutritional values as brown linseed. Blond linseed has a mild taste and is less noticeable in lighter dishes. So you use the blond linseed mainly for the beautiful golden color.
Use of blond linseed
Add some of these golden linseeds to muesli, yoghurt, salads or bread. You can also chew the seeds or soak them in a glass of water. If you soak flaxseeds in water, they form a jelly-like substance that you can use as a vegetable binder in pastries and puddings.
Take 3 teaspoons of flaxseed up to 3 times a day. If you use a lot of flaxseed, it is very important that you always drink enough water.
