Combined with other adaptogen herbs, the effect of astragalus is reinforced. Therefore, this herb is often used together with Panax ginseng, ashwaganda or angelica.
Use
Astragalus tea
Boil 2 tsps ground astragalus in a cup of water for 15 minutes. Or make tea and steep for 30 minutes, covered.
