Dried Asian mushroom blend.
This blend of dried Asian mushrooms - shiitake, oyster mushroom and mu err - is a unique combination of unami flavors: juicy mild and full-flavored.
Carefully dried
These mushrooms are air-dried in special drying cabinets. This method preserves the flavor, color and fragrance (but also the texture) very well. Therefore, you need relatively little to get a lot of flavor. In dried form, these mushrooms are available any time of year.
Organic mushroom mix
These mushrooms are organically grown according to European standards. So without chemical fertilizers and without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Therefore, we guarantee particularly pure quality. It is 100% natural, without additives or preservatives.
Use dried Asian mushroom mixture
Soak the Asian mushrooms in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain them in a colander. Use the mushrooms as you would fresh mushrooms.
Ideal for Asian soups and stir-fries, but also in vegetable mixes and for spicy mushroom ragout.
