Le PET peut être très bien recyclé. Si l'on considère les différents emballages dans lesquels les aliments peuvent être emballés, le PET présente la deuxième plus petite empreinte écologique (juste après le verre consigné, mais bien avant le verre non consigné ou les emballages en aluminium). Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

Organic Arenga palm sugar
Our Arenga palm sugar is an organic coconut sugar with a caramel taste. Compared to refined white sugars, this palm sugar contains many more nutritious substances. Moreover, the Arenga palm is an environmentally friendly product with a limited impact on Indonesian nature. It is therefore a perfect alternative to crystal or other palm sugars.
Environmentally friendly production
An adult Arenga palm tree produces 20 to 30 litres of juice per day. Tapping off this juice is harmless for the Arenga palm tree and does not disturb the production of new coconuts. That is why arenga palm sugar is the best ecological choice.
Palm sugar, coconut blossom sugar or granulated sugar?
Arenga palm sugar and coconut blossom sugar have many characteristics in common.Both have a low glycemic index (GI) of 35 to 40 and a similar sweetening power. Both are from organic farming.
Arenga palm sugar is a full-fledged and environmentally friendly alternative to both granulated and coconut blossom sugar.
Usage
Use this sweetener as a sugar substitute in desserts, smoothies or yoghurt.
