Oats:
- 40 gr oats @pit&pit
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest @pit&pit
- 100 ml plant-based milk @pit&pit
- 1 tsp chia seeds @pit&pit
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder @pit&pit
- Blueberries (fresh or frozen - frozen will give your oats a pretty blue colour)

- Half a ripe banane, mashed
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vanilla plant-based soy yogurt (of choice)
Toppings:

- Yogurt of choice
